What is ICLE?

ICLE is a unique one-day experience of inspiration, impartation, and training for anyone who loves the next generation. Through powerful worship, united sessions, and 10 breakout workshops, you will be equipped and launched into greater effectiveness in children's ministry and family life.

Event Hosts

Nikolai & Michelle Stefanov

Nikolai is originally from Bulgaria and Michelle from Texas. They met as students at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas and have served together in ministry since 1991. In 2017, Nikolai founded Global Impact Network, dedicated to empowering Kingdom leaders. In 2024, they moved to Athens, Greece, founding International Christian Center Athens, with a deep love for the Greek people and a passion for God's Kingdom.

Lead Speaker & Director

Connie McKenzie

Connie McKenzie is the Director of Children & Family Ministries at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. She leads the Children & Family Major and Kids For The Nations Summer Camps. Connie has a tremendous burden to raise up ministers who will effectively reach children with the gospel — both in the U.S. and around the world.

When to Arrive

We recommend arriving in Thessaloniki on Friday, May 29, and planning your departure for Sunday, May 31. This gives you time to settle in before the event and travel comfortably after.

You are warmly invited to join us for a special Pentecost Sunday celebration at the Apostolic Church of Thessaloniki on Sunday, May 31 at 10:00 AM. A beautiful way to close your weekend.

Registration Deadline

Please register before May 25, 2026. Early registration helps us prepare meals and materials for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ICLE really free?

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee. Lunch and dinner on the day of the event are included. You are only responsible for your travel to Thessaloniki and your accommodation.

What language will the sessions be in?

All sessions will be conducted in English with live translation into Greek provided throughout the day.

When is the registration deadline?

The cut-off date for registrations is May 25, 2026. Please register early so we can prepare for your attendance.

Anyone who loves children and the next generation — parents, grandparents, pastors, children's ministry leaders, teachers, and volunteers of all ages.
